Joined Rently as a React Native Developer, focusing on the "Rently Tours App". Over the past 3 years, I've implemented numerous features and enhancements that directly improved user experience and contributed to revenue growth.
Took on the additional responsibilities of Scrum Master—coordinating across cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure timely deliverables—and Release Manager, overseeing app releases on both the App Store and Google Play.
I've also taken an active role in mentoring junior developers, reviewing code, conducting onboarding sessions, and helping shape engineering best practices within the team.
Notable achievements include drastically reducing the time required to share builds with QA and enhancing developer workflows by 10x.
